In this hands on course, we will be fully automating a manual process our founder, Shaun had with a previous employer.
We will be using Power Virtual Agents to create a custom chatbot within Microsoft Teams to help us locate specific documents and answer questions.
We will then use Power Automate to automate processes such as external & internal e-mail communication (pulling data from Power BI automatically), saving down Microsoft Form Data & utilizing automated approvals within Microsoft Teams as well as using it to save down attachments in specific SharePoint folders.
Finally, we will use Power Apps to create an app to track tasks on the houses that our company are building out, enabling us to take photos & then connect this data to Power BI effortlessly! ✅🎯
